A preview of our Family Portrait Session at Los Rios District – San Juan Capistrano, California

So I bet you think that because we are photographers that we just take tons of photo of our own families… but unfortunately we do not.   That being said, it’s a real treat to take a break and have a little fun with my own family!  Thankfully we have the amazing Caitlin (One of our main Photographers at Focus) to help out on the photos I needed to be in 😉  Is she amazing or what?  I really enjoying capturing my in-laws doing what they do best, looking great!  Seriously, have you ever seen a better looking couple?  It doesn’t stop there… take a look at my Sister in law Sarah’s beautiful family – and well of course the looks just kept on going, all the way down to my unbearably hot husband~  I am lucky aren’t I?  Love the barn shot!  Okay, enough bragging – here are some of our favorites:

Family Session with Tatiana – Hollywood, California

It is extremely rare to get babies to smile right into the camera, except when you come across a natural like little “Sasha”~  He was so into the camera, we were all laughing because the minute I would bend down to get a better angle, he would crawl towards me smiling up a storm!  So adorable!!!  I guess its a given when you have great looking parents 😉  In case in brides are reading this, Tatiana is the owner of “The Wedding Salon” – they have bridal bootcamps, wedding shows (which we were at a few weeks ago at The London Hotel in West Hollywood), pretty much anything you can think of… its just a great planning resources for brides, planners, you name it… if you haven’t been to one – GO!  Check them out here:  www.weddingsalon.com

Roxanne & Afshin Engagement Session – San Juan Capistrano, California

Roxanne and Afshin decided to include their family in their engagement session and they all just look amazing!  They will be having their wedding this month at Seven Degrees in Laguna Beach… Keep an eye out, their photos are going to be  gorgeous!

Baby Peighton has her 1st Birthday!!

I have been doing photos for Peighton every 4 months since she was a newborn and it’s been absolutely amazing to see her grow so fast!  She is just the sweetest baby girl ever, always smiling (like her mom).  I was happy to finally get her 1 year old session, and now they are all moving to Atlanta 😦  Hopefully not for good…  Best of luck with your move, and hope to see you back here soon!!

Is the best looking family or what?  I was told that it was the first time in a long while that all the siblings were together in the same country… It was amazing, everyone was so chipper even after flying in from as far as London and Dubai!  Thank guys for a wonderful shoot 😉
